What I owned
I ran the whole build and launch, and led the SEO.
The approach
- Managed the developer through the full build and launch.
- Handled the domain and hosting migration, and set up Google Workspace.
- Built the technical and local SEO foundations, plus GEO and AEO so the restaurant could surface in AI search.
- Set up review automation to keep fresh reviews coming in.
The outcome
Search visibility climbed 82% in three months, and the restaurant now ranks on page one for the generic local searches diners actually use, restaurants in romford, halal restaurants romford, near me, not just its own name. All launched and migrated cleanly, with review capture automated.
