CityMove Property

CityMove was running on a seven-page brochure site that could not list or manage property. They wanted a proper marketplace.

I project-managed the rebuild end to end. I scope and run the build, the developers build it.

1. 01Scoped what the marketplace actually needed, from listings to the way properties are managed day to day.
2. 02Turned that into a clear brief, and specced the listings, the property search system and the management workflows.
3. 03Managed the developers through the build, keeping scope and quality on track.
4. 04Co-ordinated the move from the old brochure site to the new platform.

A brochure site became a working property marketplace, with listings and search.
